Join our Contract Management team this summer and gain hands-on experience in both physical and digital document management. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry experts and contribute to our mission of maintaining defence force readiness.
The role we are offering you:
As a Summer Student in our Contract Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization and archiving of important documents. Your responsibilities will include:
Physically and digitally filing and archiving documents: Ensure all contract-related documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Assisting with document retrieval: Support the team in locating and retrieving documents as needed.
Maintaining document integrity: Help ensure that all documents are stored securely and comply with company policies.
Collaborating with team members: Work closely with our experienced contract managers and legal professionals to support various projects.
Our ideal candidate has:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program: Preferably in Business Administration, Law, Information Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
Proficiency with digital tools: Comfortable using document management software and other digital tools.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Location of the internship is in Moose Jaw
Internship will be carried out in Person
