We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Desk individual. Do you have strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities? I would love to receive your application! Agilus is recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst in the Refinery industry in Redwater, Alberta. The Service Desk Support role entails delivering technical support, diagnosing problems, and addressing concerns for end users promptly and effectively. A typical day: Serve as the initial point of contact for end users in need of technical support. Record all problems and their corresponding solutions in the ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and software issues Provide basic technical support for remote workers Ensure the ticket requisition are resolved on time Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and resolutions Successful candidates will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong Microsoft Office skills Microsoft shop FreshService for ticketing Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Valid driver's license Total rewards: contract position until August 2025 Start date: April, 2025 Pay Rate: $30 hourly 9/80 work schedule Location: Redwater, AB
