Accounting Manager opportunity open in North York! Agilus is recruiting for an Accounting Manager in the residential space in North York, Ontario. We're working with our client who are looking to hire an Accounting Manager to join their residential team permanently. Perfect person for this role has experience with residential developers, full-cycle accounting, and real estate construction. Responsibilities: Overseeing 3 direct reports Financial reporting including monthly project reports Maintaining the general ledger, annual working paper files, financial statements, and the construction management system Monthly bank reconciliations, monthly HST reconciliations, filing HST returns, and posting aquisitions Estimating cash flow throughout the projects Reviewing purchase orders, AP listing, AP journals, and invoices Requirements: 8+ years of experience in real estate construction Experience working with developers and performing full-cycle accounting Professional accounting designation Knowledge of construction cost accounting and year-end working papers Advanced MS Excel user What's in it for you: 120K - 130K annually Permanent opportunity Full time in-office in North York Benefits after 3-months 3 weeks vacation
