Altis Recruitment connects top talent with exciting opportunities. We're seeking a driven Ecommerce Sales Specialist for a confidential client in the consumer electronics space. Join a dynamic team and make a real impact!

This is a 3-month contract with a strong possibility of extension. This position will follow a hybrid model with 4 days a week on site (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) in North York.

What You'll Do:

• Run promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events.
• Keep an eye on promotions and work with teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle merchandising and make sure it aligns with sales and marketing.
• Team up with others to improve product categories, site navigation, and merchandising.
• Research the competition and market to fine-tune sales strategies.
• Track sales, analyze KPIs, and spot opportunities for improvement.
• Create eye-catching copy and visuals for email campaigns.
• Manage post-promotion stuff like order processing and fulfillment.
• Handle invoices and payments.
• Help prepare documents like promotional calendars and sales reports.

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar.
• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce sales, merchandising, or sales operations.
• Great organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Photoshop skills are a bonus.
