Job Title: Web Strategist (Hybrid)

Role Overview
The Web Strategist service provider will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our web transformation. This service involves developing strategies, providing operational guidance, ensuring the alignment of web initiatives with business goals, and driving continuous improvement in website performance and user experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develops and supports the execution of comprehensive web strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Collaboratively develops and supports execution of a scalable personalization strategy.
Collaborates with business teams to jointly develop a content strategy for the website including content and technical SEO.
Builds user flows that enable the customer journey for target personas.
Develops and supports the execution of an accessibility strategy that includes content and technology.
Web Transformation
Drives web transformation projects, including website redesigns, collaborate in platform migrations, and the integration of new technologies.
Ensures web transformation aligns with broader marketing initiatives including campaigns, paid advertising, social, and email marketing.
Operational Guidance
Provide operational guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in design, content management, and web development.
Leverages analytics and data insights to guide ongoing website improvements.
Monitors and analyzes web performance metrics, user behavior, and industry trends to increase relevant traffic and to measure effectiveness of web initiatives.
Collaborate with UX designers to enhance user experience and ensure the website meets the needs of our target audience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Works closely with marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective web strategies.
Ensures alignment of annual and quarterly planning of business teams, technology teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
Specific Project/Platform Requirements
Around 5 years of drive website transformation and improving websites.
Develops and executes web strategies (including SEO strategy, content strategy, content management strategy, personalization strategy) that deliver on OKRs and on our corporate strategy.
Advises cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in design, development, and content management.
Collaborates with UX designers to ensure experiences meet the needs of target audiences.
Supports team leadership in developing strategic short- and long-term goals.
Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
