Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multi-currency accounting, foreign exchange risks, and global entity consolidations.
- Optimize ERP systems to enhance financial reporting, job costing, and real-time analytics.
- Drive financial automation initiatives, leveraging AI-driven tools to streamline processes.
- Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Strengthen internal controls, mitigating risks and ensuring audit readiness.
- Collaborate with operations, commercial, and procurement teams to align financial performance with business objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
