We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive privacy practices and ensure compliance with privacy legislation across the GoA. If you excel at strategic thinking, problem-solving, and guiding teams through complex privacy matters, this role is for you! As the Manager, Privacy Services, you will play a crucial role in shaping privacy practices, leading a team dedicated to ensuring compliance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
Reporting to the Director, Privacy Policy and Services, the Manager, Privacy Services, is responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering privacy services to GoA departments, agencies, boards, and commissions. This role requires a strategic leader to oversee privacy compliance, risk management, and breach response while promoting best practices. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop proactive privacy solutions and best practices.
