Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Senior Business Transformation Architect to support the significant organizational design elements related to the Scriba and ATIP projects. These projects will have an impact on how the organization processes its correspondence and ATIP processes and these resources are required to aide in the design of these processes, assess the organizational impacts, and lead the discussions required around the department.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analysis and development of business success "critical success factors"
- Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training
- Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities
- Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities
- Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring)
Qualifications and Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Business Transformation Architecture
- 2+ projects supporting the implementation of MS Dynamics
- 4+ relevant certification in Agile, Project Management, or Change Management
