Altis Technology is recruiting on behalf of our Broader Public Sector client for an experienced ERP Project Test Lead/Coordinator to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a finance modernization initiative within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Test Planning & Coordination: Work alongside the integrator Test Manager to develop and maintain test plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
  • Test Case Development & Execution: Organize, schedule, and execute manual test cases using JIRA. Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure full coverage of ERP modules.
  • Defect Management: Track, prioritize, and resolve defects using JIRA and PowerBI, coordinating with development teams for resolution.
  • Test Reporting & Metrics: Produce regular progress reports, escalate issues, and highlight risks using data-driven insights.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Facilitate UAT preparation, coordinate user participation, and gather feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, functional teams, and developers to ensure testing aligns with business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance testing processes and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP testing coordination or test management, preferably with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (finance, procurement, core business processes).
  • Experience in system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, PowerBI, and ERP testing environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving project environment.
