Overview:
Our federal government clients are seeking the services of experienced Workplace Violence and Harassment Investigators to provide remote and on-site investigation services. These critical roles focus on ensuring workplace safety and fostering a respectful work environment through comprehensive and objective investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into complaints of workplace harassment and violence.
- Collect, assess, and document evidence in a fair and impartial manner.
- Ensure investigations comply with the Canada Labour Code and other applicable legal frameworks.
- Provide detailed, accurate, and objective reports based on investigative findings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive cases with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in conducting workplace or administrative investigations.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian regulations regarding workplace harassment and violence.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive cases tactfully and discreetly.
- Security clearance preferred (assistance available for clearance procedures).
