With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they are in search of a meticulous and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is on a contract basis which offers a hybrid work model (3 days in office, located in oakville)
$21-25/hr
*Please note, this is part-time for the first 8 month contract which will then turn into a full-time, permanent role*
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather both quantitative and qualitative insights from marketing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team on a daily basis.
- Contribute to various marketing and advertising initiatives, such as activation calendars, asset creation, and data reporting.
- Develop engaging promotional presentations and deliver monthly business updates.
- Facilitate the distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintain and enhance the product, pricing, and materials database. • Collaborated on the design and creation of marketing materials, including assets and creatives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration, medical coding, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of marketing techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
