Our client in the legal sector is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team in Ottawa. This is an on-site role offering an 11-week contract. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35-hour work week, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (7-hour workday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Collect and organize both incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and redirect as necessary
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- Scan, organize, and store paper documents in digital files as required.
- Split and combine PDFs, ensuring the documents are properly formatted and accessible.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and paper.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of reception and/or administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmen
- Proficient is MS Office
