Job Opportunity: Business Analyst 

Location: Remote (some in-person meetings may occur)
Duration: 1 year with four extension periods
Security Clearance: Reliability Clearance is mandatory 

About the Role:
Altis Technology is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government Clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft business requirements and develop process workflows.
• Facilitate workshops for requirements elicitation and business process modeling.
• Develop and execute test cases and reports.
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability.
• Support the development of user stories, use cases, and business rules.
• Participate in change impact analysis and system design reviews.

Requirements:

• Mandatories:
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst drafting IT solution requirements.
  • Experience in business process modeling and workflows on 2+ projects.
  • Experience with user stories, test cases, and results analysis on 2+ projects.
  • 3+ projects participating in design reviews and providing feedback.
    
    • Experience with full business requirements lifecycle in IM/IT projects.
    • 2+ projects with CRM and Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience.
    • 3+ projects assessing change request forms. 
    • 3+ years working with Azure DevOps.
