Our client, within the automotive industry is looking for a Bilingual (FRENCH) Lease End Representative to assist customers as they reach the end of their vehicle lease. You will guide them through the return process, answer inquiries, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- This is on a contract basis until the end of the year with a high possibility of extension.
- Fully remote
- Fluently bilingual in FRENCH
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers and dealers, providing support for lease returns.
- Follow up with customers who have not returned their vehicles on time.
- Process lease extensions and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
- Adjust excessive wear charges for customers with protection plans.
- Provide early return quotes and explain billing details.
- Process credit card payments and negotiate early settlements when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: College Diploma or University degree required
- Experience: 2-3 years in a call center;
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken & written).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
