Already have a CF1 card number: You will need five minutes to fill out an online registration form to share some employment-related information and affirm that you are a Canadian Armed Forces or Veteran member’s spouse or partner.
*Why do I need to have a CF1 card number to join? Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services use the CF1 card as a unique identifier for our members and families.
