Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Distribution Associate in the Life Sciences Industry in Ottawa, Ontario. This role supports overall compliance of the distribution function, management of customer complaints, and CAPA related to the supply chain. The role also oversees the compliance of labeling activities and reports supply chain KPI’s. The ideal candidate for this role has strong communication and is comfortable writing a variety of complex reports. Responsibilities: Oversee distribution operations, including task assignment, team huddles, inventory reconciliations, labeling activities, and ensuring full compliance with country-specific shipping requirements. Manage and report supply chain KPIs, distribution priorities, inventory accuracy, and MS-based reporting. Review, investigate, and trend customer complaints related to product distribution, producing clear investigation summaries and conclusions. Generate, manage, and maintain CAPA documentation (ERs, PCs, CAs, PAs, investigations), and act as a key liaison with QA on compliance and corrective actions. Support design change requests, including validation, verification, and document change control processes and approvals. Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS policies while promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace culture. Perform additional operational duties as required, including affixing country-specific labels and supporting ad hoc supply chain activities. You bring: 3 - 4 years of previous Supply Chain experience Relevant Degree or Diploma is preferred, or relevant experience is a strong asset Experience working on customer complaints or has worked with QA on process corrections, required Experience working with a QMS, required Experience handling internal & external customer complaints, required Experience managing inventory/reconciliations, required An ideal candidate has: Solid written communication skills Experience writing Non-Compliance Reports, Investigations, CAPA Plans, etc. What's in it for you: $60000.00 - $65000.00 annually 6 month contract opportunity with a reputable client Consistent Monday - Friday schedule 4% vacation pay added to weekly pay Health & Dental benefits available Free parking on-site This posting is for an active opening.
