Seeking an organized Office Administrator – Accounting & Leasing Support to join an engineering consulting firm. Support finance, office operations, invoicing, and commercial lease documentation. Agilus is recruiting for an Office Administrator – Accounting & Leasing Support in the engineering consultancy sector in Brampton, Ontario. What's in it for you: $65000.00 - $95000.00 annually RRSP matching of 2% after one year of employment 2-3 weeks paid vacation+ 5 sick/personal days Benefits plan – Medical (full) + Dental ($1000/yr.) + Vision ($500/2 yrs.) – after 3 months Free onsite parking Responsibilities: Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR): Review invoices against proposals and contract amounts, process payments, and prepare payment statements. Document Review & Contract Management: Review contracts, including commercial and retail lease agreements, and assist in negotiating terms. Office Administration: Provide general administrative support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, and other office tasks. HR/Payroll Support (Optional): Assist with payroll processing and HR-related tasks, if experienced. You bring: Minimum of 6–12 months of combined office administration or accounting experience, including reviewing commercial lease agreements Experience with a developer, engineering, or construction firm is an asset. HR and payroll experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Familiarity with accounting and payroll software such as Sage 300 (AR/AP), Vision, or Paymate is advantageous but not required. Willingness to travel to the Whitby office as needed (approximately once or twice a month) This posting is for an active opening.
