Temporary Building Operator role available now in North Vancouver! $30/hour Agilus is recruiting for a Building Operator in the property sector in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Our client is looking for a temporary vacation coverage for a Building Operator role at one of their North Vancouver properties. Responsibilities: Primary point of contact for operational and maintenance issues Minor routine and preventative maintenance and minor repairs Building checks Coordinating with contractors/trades Requirements: 3+ years of experience working in building operations or maintenance roles Excellent communication skills Valid class 5 driver's license Familiarization with emergency procedures Any HVAC and DCC experience is an asset What's in it for you: $30.00 hourly Location: North Vancouver 10 days of coverage needed Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30 Weekly payroll
