This is a unique opportunity to become a founding sales team member for a growing premium windows and doors business representing sought-after European architectural products across the GTA. You'll have the autonomy to build your territory, develop key relationships, and create long-term recurring revenue through a consultative sales approach focused on quality, design, and performance rather than price. Total rewards: 80K - 100K annually Competitive base salary + Uncapped quarterly performance bonus Residual commission structure that continues paying on repeat business Company vehicle and gas card provided Comprehensive health and dental benefits after 3 months Unique opportunity to help build and shape a premium brand from the ground up from the ground up A typical day: Develop new business relationships with architects, designers, custom builders, and contractors throughout the GTA Generate new opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and in-person visits Promote premium architectural windows and doors for luxury residential projects Support projects from design development through specification, quotation, and order placement Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with project stakeholders Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and pricing submissions Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and sales activity tracking Host showroom visits and product demonstrations for clients and prospects Successful candidates will have: 3-5+ years of B2B outside sales experience Minimum 3-5 years selling architectural windows, doors, glazing systems, curtain wall, cladding, or related building envelope products Active network of GTA architects, designers, and custom builders Proven success in new business development and hunting for opportunities Experience presenting products and solutions to architects and design-build firms Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is a strong asset Strong organizational skills with CRM discipline and pipeline management experience Valid Ontario G driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle This posting is for an active opening.
