Job description

Requisition ID: 276915

Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for the reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications. The role provides hands-on production support across user interfaces, services, APIs, databases, batch processes, and deployment pipelines; leads incident investigation and permanent remediation; and delivers targeted enhancements that improve operational resilience. The successful candidate will also help the team adopt artificial intelligence responsibly to accelerate support activities, strengthen observability, improve knowledge management, and increase developer productivity while protecting customer data and meeting security, risk, and governance requirements.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Provide primary production support for full stack applications, including monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, service restoration, stakeholder updates, and participation in an on-call rotation as required.
  • Investigate recurring failures across front-end, back-end, API, database, batch, cloud, and integration layers; complete root-cause analysis and implement tested, sustainable fixes.
  • Develop and maintain application features, support utilities, automated recovery procedures, health checks, dashboards, alerts, and runbooks that reduce operational risk and manual effort.
  • Partner with product owners, infrastructure, security, operations, and engineering teams to manage releases, production changes, problem records, vulnerabilities, capacity, and operational readiness.
  • Evaluate and adopt approved AI-assisted engineering and support capabilities, such as incident summarization, log analysis, knowledge retrieval, test generation, coding assistance, and support workflow automation, with appropriate human review and governance controls.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise full stack applications in a production environment.
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern web technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript and a front-end framework such as React or Angular.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot distributed applications using logs, metrics, traces, monitoring platforms, SQL, and disciplined root-cause analysis techniques.
  • Experience with relational databases, cloud or container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing, and secure software development practices.
  • Knowledge of IT service management practices, including incident, problem, change, release, and knowledge management, with the ability to communicate clearly during high-priority incidents.
  • Practical knowledge of AI-assisted software engineering or operations tools and an understanding of responsible AI principles, including privacy, security, accuracy validation, human oversight, and approved-data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize competing production issues, document solutions, and participate in scheduled after-hours support when required.
  • Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience supporting high-volume, customer-facing, or financial services applications with defined availability and recovery objectives.
  • Experience with observability and support tooling for application performance monitoring, log analytics, alerting, and service health dashboards.
  • Experience designing safe AI-enabled support use cases, measuring their effectiveness, and integrating approved capabilities into engineering or service-management workflows.
  • Familiarity with batch processing, messaging or event-streaming platforms, and automated job recovery.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills in cross-functional Agile teams.
