  • Manage end-to-end workplace operations processes while maintaining service-level standards and operational consistency.
  • Champion a high-performance environment by supporting recruitment, retention, employee development, succession planning, and team engagement.
  • Develop and motivate the team by fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for escalations related to facilities, technology, amenities, behaviours, security access, keys, storage, and other workplace requests.
  • Manage administrative and financial activities, including invoice approvals, expense processing, budget control, cost savings, expense tracking, KPI reporting, and HR-related accountabilities.
  • Support Business Continuity, Occupational Health and Safety, Fire and Safety requirements, incident management, and compliance with Bank standards.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of workplace operations, departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and controls.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, and work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating teams in a service-oriented environment.
  • Good knowledge of Bank HR policies, practices, legal requirements, supervisory techniques, and conflict resolution approaches.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data management, MS Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Power BI.
