Le superviseur / la superviseure de la prise d’inventaire dirige les équipes de comptage, gère les flux de travail, coordonne les activités de prise d’inventaire et veille à ce que les stocks soient comptés avec exactitude et en toute sécurité, conformément aux procédures du DND.
Responsabilités:
Superviser les préposés à la prise d’inventaire.
Élaborer les plans quotidiens de comptage des stocks.
Coordonner la distribution et la collecte des feuilles de comptage.
Établir des flux de travail efficaces.
Veiller au respect des procédures de prise d’inventaire du DND.
Surveiller la productivité et la qualité.
Coordonner l’accès aux zones d’inventaire.
Fournir des comptes rendus sur l’avancement des travaux.
Soutenir les activités de production des rapports finaux.
Maintenir des conditions de travail sécuritaires.
Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans la supervision de personnel en milieu d’entreposage.
Études postsecondaires ou titre de compétence reconnu équivalent.
Être admissible à l’obtention de la cote de fiabilité et/ou de l’habilitation de sécurité de niveau Secret.
Être capable de soulever jusqu’à 25 kg.
Être capable de monter dans des échelles.
Être capable de travailler à des hauteurs allant jusqu’à 15 mètres.
Être capable de rester debout ou de marcher pendant de longues périodes.
Expérience des opérations d’entrepôt.
Expérience en contrôle des stocks.
Expérience en supervision logistique.
Expérience de projets d’inventaire physique.
Être bilingue en anglais et en français.
Language: Fully bilingual (English & French)
The Stocktaking Supervisor directs counting teams, manages workflows, coordinates stocktaking activities, and ensures inventories are counted accurately and safely according to DND procedures
Supervise Stocktaking Counters.
Develop daily inventory counting plans.
Coordinate count-sheet distribution and collection.
Establish efficient workflows.
Ensure compliance with DND stocktaking procedures.
Monitor productivity and quality.
Coordinate access to inventory areas.
Provide progress briefings.
Support final reporting activities.
Maintain safe working conditions.
2+ years supervising personnel in a warehouse environment.
Post-secondary education or equivalent recognized credential.
Eligible for Reliability Status and/or Secret Clearance
Lifting up to 25 kg.
Climb ladders.
Work at heights up to 15 metres.
Stand or walk for extended periods.
Warehouse operations.
Inventory control.
Logistics supervision.
Physical inventory projects.
Be bilingual in English and French.
