Monday to Friday in office Location: Downtown, Calgary A day in the life: Review, coordinate, and manage time and scheduling inquiries, updates, audits, testing, and validations. Configure, maintain, and monitor employee time and scheduling data within payroll systems. Analyze payroll and time-related issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Conduct pay-period audits and data reviews to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. Monitor, track, and report on employee leave balances and time-related exceptions. Research and respond to internal and external payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Participate in payroll, time management, and scheduling projects, including audits, system enhancements, and upgrades. Provide backup support to payroll and time administration team members and assist with year-end payroll activities. The successful candidate brings: Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in payroll, time administration, or payroll systems support. Experience working with integrated ERP, payroll, or financial systems in a large organization. Strong payroll processing and payroll administration knowledge. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to payroll accuracy. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
