  • Develop strategies to support organic growth within the training market and expansion into the operational support market.
  • Lead cross-regional market segment teams to align solutions, proposals, and marketing activities.
  • Apply knowledge of joint and integrated military operational readiness training and operations to address complex mission training and readiness requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to architect comprehensive and scalable business solutions.
  • Map future operational requirements for next-generation multi-domain warfare training.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market packages to support front-line business development activities.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and mentor high-performing matrix teams through expertise development and coaching.
  • Drive strategic staffing decisions in support of pipeline opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration across technical and commercial teams.

  • Participate in Lead-to-Award governance, including Pursue/No-Pursue decision gates.
  • Monitor the virtual P&L for the business line and drive continuous performance improvement.

  • Demonstrated experience shaping and winning large strategic opportunities in complex OEM and governmental environments.
  • Product or program P&L leadership experience in the technology, aerospace, or defence sectors.
  • Experience with joint and integrated military operational readiness training and operations, including complex mission training environments and mission-readiness requirements.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in competitive, fast-paced, and uncertain environments.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and drive results through matrix organizations without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, motivate teams, and support high performance.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across technical, commercial, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, partners, and executives.
