Working closely with GC&AML senior management, Global Finance, HR, and other business partners, the Senior Manager delivers accurate reports and insights to executives and is trusted to identify efficiencies in reporting and analysis, as well as opportunities for process improvement. The role contributes to the overall success of the Corporate Functions & Expense Management department by ensuring that individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives, and that all activities comply with governing regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Analyze financial results for management reporting purposes
  • Lead the maintenance and production of forecasting models and reporting decks used to prepare monthly and quarterly management financial reports for GC&AML and Business Line stakeholders
  • Support strong financial discipline, with a focus on prioritization and the efficient use of resources
  • Manage month-end cut-off processes and deadlines for all GC&AML functions
  • Partner with GC&AML management teams to provide timely support, transparent information, and insights that enable effective decision-making and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., HR, PMOs, Corporate Functions, and Business Line Finance teams)
  • Provide Business Lines with transparent, detailed expense allocation information as required
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed to explain financial transactions and resolve related issues
  • Develop and execute meaningful employee development plans; motivate direct reports and support their performance in their current roles and their growth toward future opportunities
  • Identify the development needs of direct reports and take an active role in addressing gaps
  • Champion a high-performance culture and contribute to an inclusive work environment

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business; a CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or expense management
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to coach a team of financial professionals
  • Experience writing executive summaries and presentation decks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial reporting software (Anaplan, Hyperion, OPEX, OBI); working knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • A self-driven, highly energetic, team-player attitude
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

What’s in it for you?

  • A rewarding career path with diverse opportunities for professional development
  • An organization committed to making a difference in our communities — for you and our customers.
  • A competitive rewards program that includes an annual bonus, flexible vacation, personal and sick days, and comprehensive benefits that start on your first day.
