Reporting to the Program Director, you will collaborate with experienced Project Managers, technical specialists, and business leaders to ensure successful program delivery. Your Responsibilities
You'll lead the full project management lifecycle for multiple complex initiatives, from planning and execution through to successful project closure.
You'll oversee several concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $3 million, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
You'll coordinate dependencies across multiple projects, aligning deliverables with broader program objectives.
You'll develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, budgets, status reports, and executive presentations that provide clear visibility to stakeholders.
You'll engage senior leaders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to build alignment, resolve issues, and drive successful outcomes.
You'll apply strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage risks, expectations, and project priorities throughout delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing large, complex technology projects.
PMP designation or Master's Certificate in Project Management is required.
Demonstrated expertise in formal project management methodologies, governance, documentation, and reporting.
Experience delivering multiple interdependent projects within large enterprise programs.
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud storage, network architecture, and infrastructure is highly desirable.
Experience with Apache, NiFi flows, data pipelines, Ranger policies, and Smartsheet is considered an asset.
Experience delivering healthcare IT projects or other large-scale technology transformation initiatives is preferred.
