About the Opportunity
Join a national professional association in a unique Member Services role focused on managing programs that support members across Canada. Rather than selling services or working directly with individual members, youll help oversee national programs delivered through external partners, including insurance, savings and professional liability offerings.
Youll work closely with the National Program Manager and collaborate with vendors, marketing teams, regulators, boards and senior stakeholders across the country. This role is well suited to a versatile program professional who can keep multiple initiatives moving, communicate clearly with diverse audiences and produce polished, thoughtful written materials.
Whats In It for You
Youll join a small, collaborative team where reliability, initiative and quality matter. Youll gain exposure to national programs and senior stakeholders while building your skills across program management, communications and partner relations, with full benefits and pension throughout the term and strong potential for longer-term growth.
Your Responsibilities
Youll coordinate multiple programs and projects, tracking timelines, deliverables and priorities to keep work moving forward.
Youll prepare clear reports, communications and program materials for boards, leadership groups, regulators and external partners.
Youll build productive relationships with vendors, marketing teams, regulators and other stakeholders supporting national programs.
Youll monitor program performance and engagement, identifying opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
Youll coordinate program updates and initiatives across multiple stakeholders, ensuring details and deadlines are managed effectively.
Youll use tools including SharePoint, Excel and Microsoft 365 to organize information, track projects and support reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in program management, project coordination, stakeholder relations or a related role.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces, deadlines and stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including experience preparing professional reports and stakeholder communications.
Strong relationship-building skills and confidence communicating with vendors, senior leaders and external partners.
High proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, SharePoint and Teams, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability and sound judgment in a collaborative environment.
Experience with group benefits, insurance, professional liability programs or regulated environments is an asset, not a requirement.
