We are seeking experienced Healthcare Operations professionals for a fully remote project where you will apply your industry expertise, analytical skills, and professional judgment to specialized work supporting the training and improvement of AI systems.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience across healthcare operations, compliance, medical coding, revenue cycle, managed care, or clinical documentation who are interested in applying their expertise to emerging technology while maintaining a flexible schedule.
The initial contract is 4 weeks, with the potential for ongoing project opportunities. Candidates must be able to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week, with work completed flexibly throughout the week based on individual availability and project requirements.

Apply healthcare operations expertise and professional judgment to help train and improve AI systems
Review and evaluate healthcare operations scenarios, analyses, and explanations
Analyze healthcare workflows, documentation, coding, billing, reimbursement, and operational scenarios
Assess information for accuracy, logic, relevance, and completeness
Review healthcare policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance considerations
Identify errors, inconsistencies, or flawed reasoning
Evaluate medical coding, clinical documentation, and revenue cycle scenarios
Analyze managed care, reimbursement, and healthcare administration concepts
Develop clear, well-reasoned explanations and responses
Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards
Complete work independently while managing your own schedule

The ability to evaluate complex healthcare scenarios and apply sound professional judgment
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written communication skills
Familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of how human expertise and feedback can be used to train and improve AI systems
Comfort learning and navigating new technologies and digital platforms
Comfort working in a remote, self-directed environment
The ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week
Professional certifications or credentials in areas such as medical coding, health information management, healthcare compliance, revenue cycle management, clinical documentation, or healthcare administration are considered an asset.
