Your Responsibilities
You'll serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, providing responsive, professional service and timely follow-up.
You'll support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, including work orders, service requests, vendor coordination, and tenant communications.
You'll prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation while maintaining accurate records.
You'll coordinate with contractors and service providers to help ensure building operations run smoothly.
You'll continually reprioritize competing requests while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of Property Administration experience within commercial real estate is required.
Experience supporting large commercial office buildings or complex property portfolios.
Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills with a polished, professional approach.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and the broader Office Suite.
Experience with Yardi is considered a strong asset. Experience using other large ERP or property management systems will also be considered.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to remain calm while resolving tenant and operational issues.
