  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of agriculture clients while supporting ongoing market development activities.
  • Conduct annual reviews and provide proactive service and advice to assigned clients.
  • Understand the unique needs of agriculture businesses and align products, sales strategies, and risk policies to deliver customized solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and responsive service related to business accounts, operating services, deposits, lending solutions, and credit facilities.
  • Support clients in achieving their business goals through a consultative and relationship-focused approach.

  • Experience providing financial advice and solutions to business clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients while balancing business development and service responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently within an assigned territory.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.

  • Knowledge of agriculture lending products, credit analysis, and risk management practices.
  • Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience participating in industry associations and community leadership activities.
