About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic Agriculture Banking team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to commercial clients across Canada's agriculture sector. As a Senior Client Service Associate (Sr. CSA), you will support Client Relationship Managers and Credit Solution Managers by coordinating onboarding, credit administration, client servicing, and fulfillment activities that help businesses grow and thrive.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Support a portfolio of commercial agriculture clients through onboarding, servicing, and credit-related activities.
  • Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and regulatory requirements by gathering and documenting client information.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to facilitate account openings, loan funding, and other fulfillment activities.
  • Collect and analyze financial reporting, including financial statements, projections, and borrowing base information.
  • Assist in the preparation of credit presentations, annual reviews, and ongoing portfolio management activities.
  • Resolve client service issues and escalate concerns when required to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Track onboarding, fulfillment, and servicing requests, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through referrals and additional banking solutions.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

Bring your passion for exceptional client service, strong organization, clear communication, and relationship-building skills to a collaborative, fast-paced team where attention to detail and quality matter. You will do meaningful work supporting Canada’s dynamic Agriculture and Agri-food industry. From primary producers and food processors to suppliers, distributors, and exporters, the agriculture industry connects communities across the country and brings Canadian products to markets around the world. You will help agriculture clients access the responsive service and banking solutions they need to grow, adapt, and thrive—while building valuable expertise in Agriculture Banking and Commercial Banking.
