In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily fleet operations, managing maintenance schedules, tracking vehicle documentation, and serving as the key point of contact for fleet users. Total rewards: $30.00 - $32.00 hourly Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay Ability to get your foot in the door with one of BC's top employers 3 month contract to start with possibility of extension Monday to Friday position with full time hours Collaborative and team-oriented work environment A typical day: Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, scheduling, and replacement vehicles Manage fleet maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely servicing and compliance Act as the primary point of contact for staff regarding vehicle issues, incidents, and fleet-related inquiries Maintain accurate fleet records, including insurance, registrations, inspections, and maintenance documentation Monitor fleet performance and ensure vehicle information remains current within fleet management systems Liaise with vendors, repair facilities, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently Support incident reporting processes and coordinate follow-up activities as required Assist with administrative reporting, record management, and continuous improvement of fleet operations Successful candidates will have: Experience coordinating fleet operations, transportation services, logistics, facilities, or related functions Hands-on experience using fleet management systems such as Holman, Fleetio, or similar software Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation Ability to troubleshoot issues, coordinate solutions, and respond to changing operational requirements Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required This posting is for an active opening.
