About the Opportunity
Were seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support a complex enterprise transformation within the healthcare sector. This is an opportunity to play a key role in large-scale ERP modernization, digital platform rollouts, and operational transformation initiatives that will have an organization-wide impact.
Working closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners, youll help turn strategic priorities into practical solutions. The ideal candidate brings significant transformation experience, with a healthcare background strongly preferred.

Your Responsibilities
Youll lead the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise IT and operational transformation initiatives, including ERP and SaaS modernization.
Youll partner with executive stakeholders to develop business cases, roadmaps, strategic objectives, and target operating models.
Youll lead requirements gathering, process mapping, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, capability modeling, and traceability.
Youll manage vendors, system implementers, and RFP, RFQ, and SOW activities while coordinating cross-functional delivery.
Youll drive business process optimization, change management, organizational readiness, and adoption initiatives.
Youll develop executive presentations, program metrics, status reporting, risk assessments, and recommendations.
Youll apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies while mentoring teams on transformation and business analysis best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of progressive Business Analysis and/or Project/Program Management experience leading complex enterprise implementations and transformations.
Demonstrated ERP and enterprise systems experience, including SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, other SaaS solutions, integrations, or digital platform modernization.
Strong healthcare sector experience is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in stakeholder and vendor management, requirements management, target operating models, and business process optimization.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and executive communication skills.
Expertise across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. CBAP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or relevant ERP certifications are considered assets.
