The Opportunity

As a hands-on Enterprise Business Process Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in advancing enterprise transformation by working with division experts to reimagine and modernize business processes through AI, automation, and digital capabilities. Working within the Enterprise Transformation Office, you will partner with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, design future-state processes, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Lead and conduct process discovery and redesign initiatives, facilitating workshops with business leaders and subject matter experts to analyze current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
Partner with business and technology teams to develop implementation-ready business requirements and process designs.
Support enterprise transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital capabilities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Establish and maintain process governance standards, methodologies, and quality controls across the organization.
Define success metrics and support adoption efforts through change enablement, training, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing guidance on opportunities to enhance business operations through innovation and continuous improvement.
What you Bring:
Education & Experinence:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business process management, business analysis, operational excellence, process improvement, or enterprise transformation.
Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience documenting and designing business processes using BPMN, Lean Six SIgma or similar methodologies.
Experience developing governance frameworks, process standards, and operating models.
Knowledge of AI, automation, and digital transformation concepts and their practical application within business operations.
Strong business process analysis and redesign capabilities.
Ability to translate business needs into practical requirements and transformation solutions.
Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technology, data, and delivery teams.
Understanding of responsible AI principles, data literacy concepts, and process governance practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or modernization initiatives.
Experience working with Agile delivery teams.
Certifications such as CBPP, BPMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, Prosci, Microsoft AI-900, or related credentials.
Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or other automation technologies.
Language Requirement: English is required; bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B), including fingerprinting, a criminal record check, and a credit check. You must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years and hold Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizenship status.

Pay Range: $88,200 - $110,200
