Pay      : HK$21,895 – HK$25,906 per month

Job Duties:

Assist Hospital Foreman to carry out Supporting Services functions/services as below:

1. Supervise and coordinate general supporting services including domestic / portering / transportation / linen and uniform exchange services, waste management, catering, landscape and gardening management, environmental hygiene, and Staff Accommodations Services etc.
2. To coach and supervise frontline staff and to monitor the daily operations of the services.
3. To liaise with departments and service contractors in the day to day provision of supporting services and handle enquiries from other departments.
4. To arrange regular varieties of training and drill to Staff (i.e., Workplace violence training, Manual Handling Operation, Data Privacy, Infection Control training, Clinical Waste Spillage drill and Fire drill etc.)
5. To monitor the performance of contractors.
6. To plan and arrange the potering services (patient / specimen etc) in according to department guidelines.
7. To conduct routine site checking to ensure good environment hygiene condition.
8. To control and maintain the inventory and store items in Central Supporting Services Unit.
9. To arrange regular testing, calibration and maintenance of tools and equipment.
10. To manage the overnight room and changing room facilities at Staff Accommodations.
11. To provide emergency support and stand-by for any emergency duties when required.
12. To perform shift duty as scheduled and as required.
13. To perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Entry Requirements:

1. Tertiary education with experience in the relevant / specialized discipline; OR
2. F.5/ S.5 with:
3. i) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language and Chinese Language; OR
4. ii) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:

- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and

- Level 2 in new Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects.

And well experienced in relevant discipline AND possess license required.
