Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a meticulous and efficient Bilingual Data Entry Clerk fluent in both French and English to join their dynamic team at their North York location. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data across multiple systems, ensuring high levels of data integrity and confidentiality.

Location: Yonge St and Sheppard Ave, North York
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Rotating Schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems.
  • Translate documents and data entries from French to English and vice versa as needed.
  • Verify the accuracy of data to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Adhere to data management procedures and confidentiality policies.
  • Perform regular data audits and generate data reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
