Job Summary
As a Senior Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing IT solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of various systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, propose effective solutions, and oversee the implementation and optimization of these systems to enhance business operations.

•   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
•   Design and propose IT solutions that align with business goals and processes.
•   Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to meet business needs.
•   Oversee the implementation and integration of new systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
•   Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to ensure solutions function as intended.
•   Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
•   Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using new systems and tools.
•   Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
•   Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve system solutions.

Qualifications:
•   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
•   Proven experience as a System Solution Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
•   Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to IT solutions.
•   Experience with system integration, software development, and project management.
•   Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
•   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•   Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•   Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
•   Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other enterprise software.
•   Familiarity with database management, SQL, and data analysis.
•   Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
•   Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
•   Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, ITIL).
