Accountability

This is an Employer Branding role where you will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns (written & visual design) to attract and engage top talent across multiple channels. This is not a Recruiter position.

OOI is looking for an innovative Recruitment Campaign Specialist to shape and amplify our employer brand, positioning OOI as an employer of choice in the industry. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy and content creation of compelling employer branding campaigns that bring to life OOI’s values, culture, and vision.
 

As a key contributor to OOI’s Talent Strategy, you’ll develop a powerful visual identity that resonates with current and future employees. By highlighting external events, partnerships and employee stories, you’ll craft narratives that showcase our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Your ability to connect with audiences through relatable, engaging content will be key to showcasing OOI’s supportive and dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage top talent across multiple channels (social media, job boards, career events, etc.).
  • Strengthen Employer Brand: In partnership with the Director of Talent and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Lead, craft a compelling employer brand story that highlights OOI’s unique culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce authentic, relatable content including social media posts, videos, articles, and visual designs that showcase the real experiences of OOI employees and the company’s mission.
  • Optimize Candidate Experience: Partner with the recruitment team to enhance the candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Analyze and Adapt: Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and content, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the broader People Team, and other departments to align messaging, brand consistency, and overall recruitment initiatives.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and digital content creation.

Qualifications

Education:
•    Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Visual Design or related field.  

Qualifications:
•    3-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or related roles.
•    Creative Skills: Proficiency in creating multimedia content (e.g., graphics, videos, social media posts). Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) required.
•    Expertise creating, implementing and monitoring LinkedIn Campaigns 
•    Exceptional Communication: Excellent writing and storytelling skills to produce engaging content.
•    Analytical Mindset: Ability to measure and report on the success of campaigns using data analytics tools.
•    Collaboration: A natural collaborator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.
•    Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Passion for People: Enthusiasm for connecting with others, promoting company culture, and creating authentic candidate experiences.
