Shift premium for hours worked after 9:00pm, 7 days a week.
Possible Language premiums of $4/hour for bilingual customer inquiries via email, and/or calls. The language premium program is market driven and Accenture may amend, change, alter or discontinue this program at any time as market conditions warrant. To be eligible for the language premium, skilled individuals need to receive a passing score upon completing the standardized Accenture language testing and must be successfully staffed in the bilingual queues.
Full-time positions scheduled between 35 and 44 hours per week.

Job Description
Inside Sales Digital Marketing professionals build on a solid foundation in customer support, digital marketing expertise, and strong technology capabilities to support and guide small & medium businesses in their social media marketing efforts, both maximizing their personal capabilities and helping their businesses grow.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
Manage a portfolio of high spending advertisers of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness
Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models
Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s)
Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs, using vertical expertise
Improve clients’ experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption
Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email to frequently assess product performance and provide insights to optimize their advertisements and increase their investments
Demonstrate ability to build relationships with the creation of long-term marketing and sales strategies.
Expectation is to be consistent in exceeding your quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling. Understanding customers’ business and advertising goals to capture and build market intelligence.
Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performance, identify trends and solve problems
Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience
Exhibit curiosity by actively teaching self and others. Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to position our advertising solution effectively in the market
You will be responsible for speaking with decision-makers over the phone to increase the value of their online advertisements through optimization; with an aim to increase customer investment and/or increase the length of time that a customer will maintain their campaign.
Help them optimize what they are already running, reach their advertising goals, optimize their budget by understanding what is working, and offering advice by implementing solutions to help them see improved results and become more confident in using the platform.
Triage Support Issues of clients while still maintaining a strong relationship and meeting customers’ needs consistently.
