About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional to build broad experience across procurement operations and contingent workforce management within a growing financial services organization. As Procurement Coordinator, youll help keep day-to-day processes accurate, organized and moving forward, supporting everything from purchase orders and vendor administration to workforce records and reporting.
Youll collaborate with business teams, vendors, Human Resources and Strategic Sourcing, providing reliable operational support while contributing to governance, workforce planning and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and is motivated by helping people and processes work better together.

Your Responsibilities
Youll prepare and process purchase orders, coordinate approvals and receipts, support vendor master updates, and help resolve routine pricing, invoice and delivery discrepancies.
Youll coordinate contingent worker requests, contracts, onboarding, Workday records, renewals, terminations and offboarding activities.
Youll maintain accurate procurement and workforce records, monitor key dates and support operational reviews and reporting.
Youll support governance requirements by following established procedures, maintaining documentation and assisting with audit evidence.
Youll follow up with business teams, vendors and internal partners to resolve outstanding items and keep priorities progressing.
Youll identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements in procedures, templates, tracking tools and training materials.
Skills and Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in operations coordination, administration, procurement, staffing, human resources or a related environment.
College diploma or post-secondary education in Business, Purchasing, Procurement, Human Resources, Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience managing high volumes of transactions, records and deadlines with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organization, follow-up, problem-solving and service-oriented communication skills.
Comfort working with data, reports, tracking tools and business systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with Workday or another ERP system considered an asset.
Bilingual French and English communication skills are an asset.
