Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys turning complex regulatory requirements into accurate, reliable reporting? Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Regulatory Reporting to support critical monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions to OSFI and provincial regulators.

Reporting to the Manager, Regulatory Reporting, you’ll work closely with colleagues across finance and other key functions to strengthen reporting processes, controls, and data quality. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on regulatory reporting expertise with a continuous improvement mindset, helping the team build smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll prepare and submit regulatory reports to OSFI, provincial regulators, and other government agencies accurately and on time.
• You’ll support evolving disclosure requirements and contribute to strong corporate governance practices.
• You’ll maintain effective internal controls and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen reporting best practices.
• You’ll contribute to process transformation, automation, system enhancements, and operational improvements.
• You’ll partner across functional teams to promote consistent, accurate reporting data.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, audit, or accounting within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA designation, equivalent credential, or progress toward completion.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Experience with Alteryx, Power Query, automation tools, or financial reporting systems is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency, accuracy, and strong controls.
