About the Opportunity

Altis Recruitment is partnering with a leading Canadian organization to recruit a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies that strengthen customer activation, retention, participation, and long-term loyalty.

The successful candidate will bring experience from loyalty, financial services, banking, retail, or another customer-centric environment, with a strong ability to turn customer insights and performance data into meaningful experiences. Working cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Analytics, Creative, and Technology, you’ll help shape personalized customer journeys and drive measurable business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll own the lifecycle marketing roadmap and engagement calendar across onboarding, engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
• You’ll optimize customer journeys across content, channels, frequency, offers, and experiences.
• You’ll develop test-and-learn strategies and partner with Analytics and Data Science to measure performance and turn insights into action.
• You’ll advance personalization through audience targeting, behavioural marketing, offer strategies, and journey optimization.
• You’ll influence and align stakeholders across Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Analytics, Creative, and Technology.
• You’ll coach and develop direct reports while fostering accountability, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, retention marketing, or personalization.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong expertise in customer journey design, omnichannel engagement, personalization, audience strategy, and CRM.
• Experience developing lifecycle roadmaps, testing frameworks, and optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Analytics, or a related discipline.
