As an Assistant Security Manager, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for an Assistant Security Manager

• Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance
• Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services
• Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems
• Providing excellent customer service to various tenants 
• Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation
• Must be able to cover a guards shifts on an as needed basis
• Coordinate day to day operations as the assistant security manager
• Responsible for ensuring that security licenses are up to date for bullpen staff
• Maintaining Training matrix and performing other responsiblities as per assigned client

Qualifications for an Assistant Security Manager

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Must hold Valid Alberta Security License
• 1 - 3 years of security manamgent experience 
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 0600 - 1400 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills both oral and written
• Demonstrated the ability to follow operational secuirty measures, protect confidential information and excercise good judgment and discretion. 
• Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Tresspass to Property Act
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism
• Leadership and mentorship skills 
• Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
