Your day-to-day will include: Content ModerationEnforcing platform policies through manual review and AI-assisted moderation systemsHandling escalated reports of harmful or policy-violating content with accuracy and careReviewing user appeals and making sound, well-documented moderation decisions Risk & Abuse PreventionDetecting and disrupting scams, spam, and coordinated inauthentic behaviourInvestigating suspicious activity, account compromises, and emerging abuse patternsIdentifying gaps in current systems and surfacing recommendations to prevent future harm Fraud Detection & InvestigationMonitoring for fraudulent activity including fake accounts, payment fraud, and chargebacksAnalyzing fraud trends and contributing insights that sharpen the platform's defensesEscalating high-risk cases and collaborating cross-functionally to drive resolution Schedule: Full-time (35–44 hours/week) | Rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays | 4+ weeks of paid training with ongoing coaching and support
