As a Network, ATCs are positioned to unlock greater opportunities and exponential value for our clients.The value for our clients and our people.For our clients, the Network provides the strength of our geographic diversity, greater resilience, and seamless access to the deepest industry knowledge, the latest in Gen AI solutions, and tech expertise from around the world.For our people, it brings an opportunity to shape truly boundaryless career paths in a highly collaborative team of experts where they can learn from each other and solve the world's most complex client challenges.You Are:You are a seasoned SAP Finance Senior Lead with deep expertise in SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA, and large-scale finance transformation programs.You combine strong functional expertise with hands-on delivery leadership and strategic advisory skills.You have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing senior client relationships, and delivering complex, multi-phase SAP programs from strategy and design through implementation, go-live, and ongoing support.The Work:Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance workstreams across all project phases, from solution architecture and blueprinting through realization, go-live, and steady-state operations.Define and drive the finance solution strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and SAP best practices.Lead fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops with senior business stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions and adopt scalable, future-ready finance solutions.Design and support solutions across SAP FICO, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA Profit Center Accounting (PCA), CO-PABring strong SAP Banking and financial services knowledge, with an understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, payments, cash management, and financial reporting.Demonstrate experience integrating SAP Finance with external applications and third-party systems, including banking platforms, payment systems, tax solutions, treasury systems, procurement platforms, payroll, and other enterprise applications.Understand end-to-end integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, with experience working with APIs, web services, middleware, SAP Integration Suite, and other integration technologies.Bring experience across multiple industries, with the ability to understand industry-specific finance processes, regulatory requirements, operating models, and business challenges.Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and innovations, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, and emerging SAP capabilities.Lead and oversee end-to-end testing activities, including test strategy, test planning, integration testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, defect management, and business-process validation.Ensure SAP and external-system integrations are thoroughly tested across functional, technical, and end-to-end business scenarios before go-live.Evaluate new SAP capabilities and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and modernize finance processes while maintaining a practical and sustainable architecture.Ensure solutions are designed with integration, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability in mind.Oversee configuration, functional specifications, RICEFW development, testing, and overall quality assurance across the delivery team.Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and critical decisions, working closely with client and internal leadership to resolve challenges quickly.This role requires to be in office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.
