Provide best-in-class service and customer relationship management to existing and new wholesale customers across National Wholesale Sales network. Total rewards: $39.00 hourly Fluent in French and English, written and spoken. 12 Months of contract position Office-based role, Calgary Regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday A typical day: Coordinate, create, and respond to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities related to existing accounts and establishing new accounts, pricing, and tax exemptions. Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for Downstream Sales and Credit teams, including: Direct Sales, Retail Sales, Wholesale Distributors, Petro-Pass accounts. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, including: Direct/Inside Sales, Distribution Asset Management, Account Managers, Credit, Invoicing, Training. Ensure new accounts comply with security and reliability requirements for fuel supply. Create reports based on customer needs. Provide trusted recommendations and best practices to optimize Petro-Canada’s product management platforms. Successful candidates will have: Fluent in French and English, written and spoken. Post-secondary education or undergraduate degree in a relevant field. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5+ years of experience in a related field (Business, Sales, Marketing).
