Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Schedule: Part-Time Contract Position, 21 hours per week
Work Arrangement: 1 day per week in office following onboarding period. First 3 months require in-office attendance Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Organization is also open to considering candidates who would prefer to work 5 days a week, working 4 hours a day between 8:45am - 4:45pm.
Hourly Compensation: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Our client in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join their Human Resources team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of payroll, benefits, pension programs, and employee attendance tracking while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality across all payroll and benefits processes.
This opportunity is ideal for an organized payroll professional who enjoys working independently, managing deadlines, and providing exceptional support to employees. You'll play a vital role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while serving as a key liaison between employees, benefit providers, payroll systems, and internal stakeholders.
You'll join a well-established organization where you'll have the opportunity to own payroll and benefits administration while partnering closely with HR and Accounting.
