SUMMARY

Incumbents are responsible for coordinating activities of specialized nature usually coming from different sources (internal or external) conducting to final product delivery. Responsibilities require sound working knowledge of procedures in the department necessary to accomplish work activities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

- Manage assigned projects

- Attend Kick-off and Power-off meetings

- Interface with multiple players - Project Management, Software and Hardware engineering, ILS, and test site to ensure all documents are released prior to preparation of delivery

- Extract company data from various sources or tools such as, but not limited to, SFTP, ELS, SharePoint, PLM, E-docs, Project Tracker, Shipping Workbench, Jira, Salesforce, etc… 

- Organize, catalogue and deliver contractual data - requiring considerable knowledge of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring that document is handled properly in accordance to security and export control regulations

- Prepare delivery and documentation index reports using in-house tools and Microsoft Office applications

- Respond to internal customer requests, concerning documentation delivery status inquiries

- Ensure on-time delivery and quality KPI’s are met

- Ensure documentation is delivered as per customer Tech Spec or Sub-contract or Contract data requirements list (DRL)

- Other duties may be assigned

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Undertakes decisions and recommendations within established guidelines and procedures

- Exercises some judgment in completing recurring assignments independently

- Ability to work and adhere to policies, directives, and work instructions

- Activities are guided by standards, plans, directives, or policies

- Ability to interface with internal and external customers

- Innovation/creativity, managing/working with others, project/process management, accountability

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be eligible for NATO Security Clearance

- Must be eligible for Controlled Goods/ITAR clearance

- CEGEP level degree or equivalent

- 3-5 years experience working with electronic documents and document management. 

- In-depth knowledge of computer applications (i.e.  Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook, MS Office, etc)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bilingual (English and French)
