Join a dynamic pipeline integrity projects team responsible for delivering critical infrastructure projects across Canadian energy assets. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects through the full lifecycle, from development and planning to construction and in-service execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project performance, and drive safe, successful outcomes in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. Total rewards: $74.00 hourly Competitive 18 month contract opportunity with hybrid work arrangement (work from home Wednesdays and Fridays) Work on diverse pipeline integrity projects across major energy infrastructure assets Lead projects from concept development through commissioning and closeout Collaborate with experienced technical, operational, and project delivery teams Gain exposure to multi-project portfolio planning and execution Contribute to a strong safety-focused and team-oriented culture Develop strategic relationships with operations, supply chain, contractors, and regulators Monday to Friday schedule with 40-hour work week A typical day: Lead pipeline integrity projects through development, planning, execution, and closeout Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans Manage project scope, schedule, costs, risks, and stakeholder expectations Coordinate contractor engagement, procurement activities, and material requirements Drive safety leadership and support field construction activities and inspections Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to project leadership Resolve project issues and implement effective mitigation strategies Support portfolio planning, cost estimating, outage planning, and continuous improvement initiatives Successful candidates will have: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline Alternatively possess a relevant technical diploma combined with PMP certification Demonstrate 6+ years of project management experience within pipeline integrity projects Apply proven project delivery expertise across engineering, construction, and operations environments Exhibit strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Utilize advanced planning, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in dynamic environments Maintain a valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record Be available to travel to project and construction sites as required This posting is for an active opening.
