About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the parkade facility. Duties include conducting regular foot patrols, monitoring site activity, enforcing site regulations, controlling access when required, responding to incidents and emergencies, and providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of both property and people.

What You Bring- Valid Alberta Security License
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal, written, and reading comprehension in English
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
- Military, RCMP, law enforcement, or military family experience is considered a strong asset
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods of time
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
- Ability to perform regular foot patrols throughout the parkade facility
Working Conditions- Full-Time days position 06:00-18:00
- Work performed in a busy parkade environment with frequent public interaction
- Exposure to emergency situations requiring sound judgment and quick decision-making
